The Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus also performs surprisingly well outdoors, since it has fairly high peak brightness. Of course, contrast doesn’t reach the level of an OLED screen such as that of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus, but you’d be hard-pressed to notice in a room with the lights on. Colour is pleasantly saturated and looks natural. It isn’t quite as sharp as the cheapest iPad 8, but personally, I have found the real-world impact of its images not all that far removed from the most expensive tablets on the market. This is a 10.1-inch widescreen LCD with a 1920 x 1200-pixel resolution, which has long been the standard for cheaper tablets of this size.
